Gilda Zaragoza is a dynamic leader in the real estate and development industries, renowned for her innovative approach and unwavering commitment to excellence. Based in Denver, Colorado, Gilda has cultivated a reputation as a visionary developer who transforms ideas into remarkable spaces that enhance communities and elevate lifestyles.
With a strong foundation in both business and design, Gilda’s journey into development began after earning her MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver (DU). During her graduate studies, she completed her first “scrape,” turning a dated home into a stunning, modern duplex—an achievement that set the tone for her career.
Since then, Gilda has led numerous residential projects, managing everything from land acquisition and planning to construction and final delivery. Her expertise lies in creating attainable and affordable housing that meets the evolving needs of Denver’s diverse population while maintaining a focus on quality and sustainability.
As a key figure in Denver’s real estate landscape, Gilda is passionate about fostering collaboration and growth within the industry. She is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver’s Board of Directors and serves as the 2025 Council Board Chair, contributing her insights and leadership to shape the future of the industry.
